1. Service Description

Featurize Technology Co., Ltd. (成都费特瑞斯科技有限公司) provides high-performance GPU server rental services. Users can provision computational instances for tasks such as AI training, rendering, and data processing.

2. Account & Top-up

Pre-paid Basis: Users must top up their account balance (in USD) via our payment processor before using the services.
Usage-based: Charges are deducted from the balance in real-time.

3. Billing & Pricing

Pricing is displayed at an hourly rate but is calculated and billed per minute. Billing starts when an instance is created and stops immediately upon destruction.

Tip: To avoid unnecessary charges, ensure your instances are fully "Destroyed" when not in use.

4. Data Privacy & Erasure

We operate under a Zero-Access policy. We do not monitor, access, or retain any data stored on your rented servers. Warning: Once an instance is destroyed, all data is permanently wiped and cannot be recovered.
