1. Balance Refunds
We provide a transparent refund process for your account balance. You can request a full refund of any unused "Real Money" balance that has not been consumed.
2. Minute-Level Billing
Our infrastructure is billed per minute. Once a minute of usage has occurred, the corresponding fee is non-refundable as the computational resource has already been allocated.
"Ensure you destroy your instances when not in use. Charges stop immediately upon destruction."
