1. Balance Refunds

We provide a transparent refund process for your account balance. You can request a full refund of any unused "Real Money" balance that has not been consumed.

2. Minute-Level Billing

Our infrastructure is billed per minute. Once a minute of usage has occurred, the corresponding fee is non-refundable as the computational resource has already been allocated.

"Ensure you destroy your instances when not in use. Charges stop immediately upon destruction."

3. Request Process

To initiate a refund via Paddle, please contact our support team with your account details:

4. Refund Eligibility & Window

We offer a clear refund policy for our users:

Refund Window: Users may request a refund of their unused account balance within14 days of the original transaction date.
Unused Balance: Only the portion of the balance that has not been consumed by GPU usage is eligible for a refund.

5. Financial Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed through Paddle.

Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
